Not dieting but a lifestyle that I have been following for the last two months and I lost 9 kg I liked it so I said why not share this diet plan with my friends,


While dieting, I came to know that there are so many blessings of Allah Almighty that we do not eat in our routine. ROTI, SALN or rice that we eat daily and then we become obese, so today you just have to change your lifestyle. You have to eat the rest of your blessings like tomatoes, onions, mints, cucumbers, eggs, fruits and vegetables. You have to lose weight by eating them and believe that your personality will be sharpened and you will look beautiful. You will not only love yourself but also the people around you. This is my personal experience.

Breakfast:

After two hours you should take one apple or another fruit which is like you and also drink lots of water.

Lunch:

There are vegetables for lunch, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, salads, and if there is a fruit, you can make a bowl and eat it. However, if you feel hungry, you can boil an egg and eat it.

   Instead of adding sugar to the barley porridge, you eat for dinner, add dates or you can grill chicken in a tablespoon of oil or cook it in a frying pan.

At the same time, you can eat any vegetable or fruit from time to time throughout the day. Skip sugar - Gar and desi ghee. You can eat oil. Do not use more than one teaspoon. Drink plenty of water. Try to drink normal water. Coldwater. Not at all
